When the craftsmanship becomes the core business of a company…

In the global market scene, that continuously changes, and the resulting openings to Europe and other continents, Giancarlo and his Goti Terrecotte team didn’t choice to leave their artisan profile, that has always marked the Tuscan company. Rather, they made this profile their core business: the pride of Made in Italy and the brilliant entrepreneurial idea too. Giancarlo and his skillful artisans understand that the better way to exhibit in the international marketplaces is offering an unmatched product, for the pure materials and the artifact’s peculiarity too.
This is how Goti Terrecotte begins to produce clay ovens, for professional or domestic use, for cooking foods in gender. These clay ovens are handmade with the same technique and attention used to produce artistic ceramics, and they are realized with a particular clay’s mix and clean refractory material that comes from pure and certified flour milling. A high quality mix, whose recipe is still secret, in the hands of the company’s artisans.

From the small ovens to the bigger ones, the production is guided from Giancarlo and is based on the modular elements’ joint (the slab and the dome) rigorously in clay, that can be assembled without using cement: this means longevity and security, not only for the installation but also for cooking foods, that is more good and healthy, as we underlined many times.
The rise of these new products on the market is accompanied by a fundamental certification release by the C.S.T. il Laboratorio Analisi Chimiche e Prove Fisiche, that made the ovens with the Goti’s label more prestigious, and it guarantees the respect of the limits imposed for the release of harmful materials in contact with food substances.
